Abstract

The article explores the concept of Europe regions in the context of the unity of historical traditions, ethnic features, socio-economic development, extraterritoriality. A bioenergetic approach is important for the future policy of european integration, especially the Central highland and the European plain. Bioregionalism corresponds to the idea of decentralization and must be taken into account in regional politics. In the historical context for the modern processes of regionalization, administrative-territorial division, formed on the territories of the Roman Empire and Byzantium, as well as christian beliefs, has a great importance on a way for overcoming the contradictions. Trade-economic unions, free trade associations, common markets, monetary unions are seen as manifestations of regionalization in a global space. A study of the integration unions problem and associations showed that they are a product of a combination of states interests that tend to neighbor and serve the highest goals of the economic and political order, so that each of the participants receives additional benefits for themselves, especially from the free movement of goods, services, strength and capital. The European integration model allows the unification of various countries in terms of socio-economic development based on the observance of common values, but does not contain a reliable mechanism for preventing humanitarian, economic and political crises. It is shown that EU at the current stage of development requires the adoption of a general constitution for its development as a new political entity.
