Abstract
The author focuses on the diagnostics of psychological culture of the modern higher school teacher as personal determinants of the development of professionalism. It is noted that the study of this problem is particu- larly relevant in conditions of constant transformation of higher school, highlighting the urgent need to rethink teacher of his professional and pedagogical experience in the context of educational psychology (in particular, for the conscious implementation of a rich repertoire of educational technologies and creating optimal conditions for teacher interaction).The author examines the psychological culture of the teacher of high school as a unique phenomenon, the level of development of which (its components) contributes to the actualization of psychologi- cal knowledge in the perspective of the necessary aspects of the teaching of their subject at the technical Univer- sity, the opportunities for productive professional and personal relationships with students, and self-perceived need to improve your professionalism. The article presents the results of an experimental study of cognitive and communicative-active components of psychological culture: tried out unique methods of its diagnostics and de- veloped its conditional four-level model
