Abstract
Qualitative development and improvement of Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy professors is one of priority issues of the higher medical education. We developed and implemented acmeological concepts and technologies of pedagogic skills development for professors of the Department of Economy, Management and Psycho-Pedagogy of the Medical State University (Fornea Yu., 2011; 2012). Pedagogic acmeology significantly changes accents in the professional activity sphere ? to the medical universities professors’ competences formation in the context of European-Asian territories requirements and higher medical education.
