Abstract
The article presents a variant of the structure and content of precompetition mesocycle training of highly qualified acrobats, specializing in women's group exercises, based on the knowledge of control and planning loads. Our studies show, that the duration of the precompetition mesocycle was 3 weeks, and it was represented by a combination of basic, model-shock and model microcycles, which allowed to optimally distribute the load and increase the reliability of the competitive compositions, as well as to conduct training in conditions close to competitive.
