Abstract
"This paper focuses on the various techniques used for the ergonomic evaluation of industrial tasks in manufacturing industries. Work related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), low back injuries and incorrect/bad body postures are the most common problem occurring in the industries. The injuries if are not properly taken care off will results in higher medical compensation. So to avoid this, the objective of current paper is to discuss the various measurement techniques that can be used for the ergonomics evaluations of different task in Indian industries.
