Some of the statistical tools used are Correlation and Regression analysis to analyze the data. There is significant association between work environment and work engagement. There is significant association between work engagement and family support they receive. But there is no significant relationship between work engagement and time management of faculty members. There is no link between work engagement and supervisor support received by the faculty members.
