Abstract
In this paper a peculiar disease history of the painter B.M. Kustodiev, his sufferings and life ordeals because of a serious disease is stated. Information on doctors, who treated B.M. Kustodiev in Russia and Europe, is given. The surgical treatment of B.M. Kustodiyev is especially allocated – 3 unsuccessful surgical interventions.
