Abstract

This paper deals with the features of clinical course of community-acquired pneumonia. Features of clinical picture, etiology and clinical course of community-acquired pneumonia are considered and assessment of risk of the poor prognosis according to CURB-6 scale for 2013-2015 according to Pulmonology Office of Yakutsk City Clinical Hospital is carried out. The most frequent reasons of mortality at severe community-acquired pneumonia, cases of difference in diagnosis are found out.
