THE ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL CARE IN THE CASE OF GROUP INCIDENCE OF HEMORRHAGIC FEVER WITH RENAL SYNDROME

High incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in the Republic of Bashkortostan is explained by features of a geographical area of a forest-steppe zone where the main carriers of the virus – red voles find favorable conditions. Forest and household types of infection dominate, less often – production. In December 2016 was registered outbreak in group incidence of HFRS among the employees of the Bashkir branch of the Kuibyshev railway of «RZhD» JSC. Group incidence is related to the production type of infection, is occurred in atypical season due to violations of the deratization regime in the workplace.
