THE CHANGE OF LIPID PEROXIDATION AND CONCENTRATION OF NITRIC OXIDE IN CHRONIC GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS IN THE ELDERLY

Abstract
The study of lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide concentration in elderly people with chronic generalized periodontitis was carried out. It was determined that the level of nitric oxide depends on its initial content before the treatment. Ongoing therapy has no significant effect on the content of the substrates of oxidation and secondary products of lipid peroxidation.
