THE ANALYSIS OF SYSTEM OF CHEMICAL SAFETY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article deals with the existing domestic system of hygienic regulation and the possibility of its harmonization with foreign systems. Each country should ensure chemical safety in accordance with its laws and regulations, harmonization should be carried out at the level of methodological approaches and the establishment of hazard classes. The problem of accelerating decision-making on the use of chemical products imported into the territory of the Russian Federation should be carried out according to safety data Sheets, the quality of which must be evaluated by the expert community of specialists, and in the absence of the necessary information using calculation methods that give good matches on the hazard classes of chemical compounds.
