THE FEATURES OF HEALTH-PRESERVING COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

The article analyzes the features of health-preserving competence development of the basic secondary school teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education: taking into account the specifics of the goals and objectives, the content of training and contingent of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education; taking into account andragogical bases in the process of the health-preserving competence development of the basic secondary school teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education; taking into account the personal qualities of teachers of basic secondary school and their professional functions. Particular attention is paid to the basic principles of organization and implementation of the educational process. The professiogram of basic secondary school teachers, which defines the main professional qualities of a teacher, is substantiated.
