Intellectualization of labor as the highest form of its division at the present stage of economic development

The essence and content of labor division as a continuous function of the economic development of all socio-economic formations are considered. Special attention is given to the labor division at various stages of the capitalist method for production, in which it acts in the form of human capital. It is proved that the intellectualization of labor is the priority in the postindustrial economy, and the industrial society grows into a knowledge society. The guidelines for the intellectualization of labor at the macro and micro levels are considered. Areas for further research in the field of intellectualization of labor are noted.
