Abstract
Pulmunary baritosis is secondary to inhalation of barium dust with extremely dense, discrete opacities on the chest radiograph. Baritosis has been classified as a benign pneumoconiosis. We present an unusual case of pulmonary baritosis secondary to exposure to electrostatic paints
