Abstract
A qualitative research was conducted to evaluate the perceived satisfaction of users of health libraries in Baracoa, 2015. A sample of 75 regular users of the libraries was worked. The information was obtained through a semi-open questionnaire, the interview retest and a Likert scale. Analytical dimensions and triangulation were established for the reliability and validity of the data. It is concluded that the good attitude of users towards health libraries, as well as the perception of attractions and preferences related to leadership and professional competence should be used as strength to mitigate the dissatisfactions of some users at an informational and / or emotional level. Since libraries do not seem to participate in modifying the user's mood, either for or against, it is suggested to work more intentionally in the user's emotional satisfaction.
