Abstract
Granulomatosis with polyangitis (GPA)( Wegeners granulomatosis) is a small vessel vasculitis. It occurs in two forms classic form with systemic vasculitis, necrotising granulomatous inflammation of upper and lower respiratory tract and necrotising glomerulonephritis and a limited form with findings isolated to the respiratory tract. Even though lung manifestations in Wegeners granulomatosis are common, here we report a case of Wegeners granulomatosis with lung and renal manifestations that presented to our epartment which was confirmed by renal biopsy. Out of the 4 criterias according to American college of rheumatology for diagnosis of Wegeners granulomatosis, 3 were present in our case.
