Abstract
We used previous literature on corporate governance and company performance to conduct metaanalysis in this article. We analyzed 40 studies and were able to find statistically significant results for all variables using the fixed effects model and two significant results using the random effects model. The results showed that the size of the Board of Directors is negatively related to the efficiency of an enterprise, while the disclosure of information has a positive impact on the efficiency of a company.
