Abstract
Laryngocoele is an abnormally large laryngeal saccule that contains air and opens into the laryngeal ventricle. The incidence of laryngocoele is about 1 in 2.5 million people per year. It can be an internal, external or combined laryngocoele. Computed tomography is the most effective imaging method for diagnosis. A case of large combined laryngocoele in a 43 year old male is described together with surgical management and follow up.
