Anesthetic morbidity in pregnant child and youth

Abstract
The incidence of teenage pregnancy and the use of anesthesia in this group is prevalent in this service so a prospective descriptive study was performed in order to determine the anesthetic morbidity in child and pregnant at the General Teaching Hospital " Dr. Agostinho Neto "Guantanamo during the period December 2010 to May 2014, patients were distributed according to age group, personal medical history, physical and preoperative diagnosis, recommendations and conclusions are offered. The universe consists of all patients treated in this period and the sample consisted of 120 pregnant teenagers. There was prevalence of teenage pregnancy in the age group of 16-19 years was found that most teens had health history, the largest number of cases were classified with ASA physical status II.
