Abstract
The theoretical, normative, law-enforcing, social and economic aspects of studying juridical facts have been analyzed. Consistent trends in development of the system of juridical facts have been revealed. The author's definition of the concept of«juridical facts» is presented taking into account the rapidly changing challenges of our time.
