Abstract
This article is about the current school evaluation in our society is presented in even one dominated by traditional design, content and classification, making significant advances in the teaching-learning process. The survey shows data on the practice of
evaluation teacher of school of public municipal the Barra do Corda –MA, in relation to: tools, procedures, knowledge of human intelligence and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, to a redirect the evaluation process. Suggest a few methodological recommendations that optimize the teaching-learning process.
