Abstract
A study was performed in the Pediatric Teaching Hospital, Guantanamo 2012 to determine the morbidity in patients with nonspecific febrile syndrome. The universe consists of 5954 patients, surveys were applied for output variables and were presented in tables, tests and proportions are used as variables, the main results were: predominance of females, the age group 9 to 12 years old north polyclinic and positive IgM, all patients had fever, except for a positive response in the rest prevailing negative. Concluding that the people are not sensitive of the fact that dengue is an epidemic desease in Cuba.
