Abstract
This article reports the appropriation of the technological tools that the school has, as access or help in the search for knowledge. The objective is to present the influences of the internet in education and how they have been used in computer labs in public schools investigating the influence of the internet in improving pedagogical practice, if there is efficacy in the use of PROINFO. Qualitative quantitative research, with an exploratory character, allowed a broader view of the use of computers as an instrument for the formation of the school community. However, it is worth mentioning that computers were installed in the laboratories, but they are still out of use, because the school is still without internet, it is the waste of public money, the lack of training of education professionals that could intervene more effectively in construction Knowledge of the students
