Abstract

Establishing guidelines for working with children with ADHD requires investigating the different studies that exist on pathology, as well as observing the habitual behaviors of our students and teaching practice. Children with ADHD present a series of common characteristics within their individual profile that will help us understand the pupil, engage and act positively with them, promoting at all times their full development. On many occasions we treat students with ADHD as clueless and disorganized people. They often lose their things, forget to do their assignments or carry out activities. We help these children by guiding them with their chores, we facilitate their responsibilities and we help them improve their organizational skills. In addition, it is necessary to take care of their motivation in order to try to arouse the interest of the children with school tasks.
