Abstract

The present article aims to deal with the Educational Right from its conceptual conceptions and logical principles understanding as autonomous science, thus seeking to delineate objective in order to establish rules to regulate the relations of the agents involved in the current educational process. The proposal of this article is, through bibliographical and qualitative research, to promote a reflection on what is meant by Educational Law and the applicability of the norms it disciplines in the actuality of the school experience. After the initial analysis, the aim was to verify the application of educational law in relation to the current school situation, analyzing the difficulties of its implementation based on problematic contexts such as: lack of structure, state de-state and lack of correlative training of agents to the adequate achievement of a model of education regulated and regulated according to the Education Law.
