Abstract

Cardiac insufficiency is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in the world. One of the reasons for its development is a myocardial infarction, which is a dynamic process, accompanied by the transition of reversible changes to irreversible ischemic damage, completing the replacement of the dead part of the myocardium with a fibrous scar. The aim is to determine the changes in cardiointer-valogram indices in male rats with adrenalin-calcium myo-cardial injury (ACM) and to correct the pathological process by quercetin (Q). Experiments were performed on 143 male male rats of the Wistar line at the age of 5-6 months. The animal is divided into 14 groups: control, 1 hour, 2 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days ACM, Q, 7 days AKM + Q, 14 days AKM + Q, 21 days AKM + Q, 28 days AKM + Q. ACM caused the injection of adrenaline and calcium gluconate. Quercetin was used for correction. Animals of all groups were analyze cardiointervalometry. Conclusions. Adrenal-calcium heart injury in rats leads to the development of posterior myocardial infarction, which is confirmed by an increase in the tone of the para-sympathetic part of autonomic nervous system, and a decrease in the sympathetic one after 1 hour of the injection the medications. Quercetin has a protective effect, which is reliably expressed in 21 and 28 days.
