Bu çalışma, Sovyet devrimin 100. yılında Sovyet devrimini ve bu devrimin yol açtığı toplumsal ve siyasal gelişmeleri tahlil etmektedir. Tahlil, devrimi gerçekleştiren çekirdek kadro içinde yeralan Tatar devrimcisi Sultan Galiyev'in tezleri üzerinden yapılmıştır. Sultan Galiyev, Doğu toplumlarının tarihsel ve kültürel kodlarından hareketle, sömürge-sömürgeci ilişkilerini Doğulu bir düşünür olarak özgün tezler geliştirmiş sosyalist ve Marksist bir devrimcidir. Sultan Galiyev, Sovyet devrimiyle ilgili yapmış olduğu tespit ve tahlillerle “Sömürgeler Enternasyonali” tezi, onu bütün sömürge ülkelerle, 3. Dünya hareketinin ilk teorisyen ve eylem adamlarından biri yapmıştır. This study analyzes the Soviet revolution in the 100th anniversary of the Soviet revolution and the social and po¬litical developments it has caused. The analysis was based on the theses of the Tatar revolutionary Sultan Galiyev, who was among the core cadre that carried out the revolution. Sultan Galiyev is a socialist and Marxist revolutionary who has developed original theses as colonialist-colonialist thinkers in the light of the historical and cultural codes of Eastern societies.
