Abstract
It is the minors who are mainly vulnerable to the underworld. As a rule, at this age there is a psychological breakdown of transitional age: a teenager has not yet formed stable moral positions, he is impulsive and, in addition, he has a high predisposition to group influences, which makes him susceptible to negative influence from the outside. Therefore, it is necessary to study and know the motives that impel adolescents to commit any unlawful acts, because according to statistics, 60% of repeat offenders committed their first crime as a teenager.
