IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF ACADEMIC PERIODICALS

This article proposes an improved methodology for assessment the quality of academic periodicals used by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan (HAC RU). The paper studies and takes as a basis the existing formalized methods for assessment the quality of academic periodicals, as well as suggests measures for their further improvement, taking into account the implementation of modern information and communication technologies for their assessment. A gradation of new or modified indicators of the integration index into the system of scientific communications has been proposed to improve the structure of the journal's scientific quality index.
