Abstract
A 33yr old premenopausal woman presented with co lower abdominal pain and bleeding PV.She gave history of abdominal distension and dysuria for the preceding 2 months.Examination revealed a 1010 cm mass in abdomen and left supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.Further investigations and workup lead to a diagnosis of ADVANCED Ca OVARY with metastases. The four cancerscancer of the cervix uteri, breast, corpus uteri and ovary contribute to more than 50 of the total cancers in women.when compared with other gynaecological cancers, ovarian cancer is rare. For it to present in a young premenopausal woman in a poorly differentiated histological form is rarer. For the same to present with endometrial involvement is rarer still.Because of its rarity and because of the need to distinguish it from synchronously occurring tumours of the ovary and endometrium,we present this case
