Abstract
With an increase in the advancement of technologies, the concept of virtual servers or as popularly known as cloud servers is the key to handle resource productivity. Cloud servers are getting all the rage because of its ability of efficient resource scheduling and storage techniques. As cloud servers are widely used, a traffic controlling unit or a load balancer becomes the necessity of the scenario. To improve the performance of the load balancer, cloud partitioning comes into the frame at first. The proposed work logically improves the performance of load balancing on cloud partition and efficiently controls the traffic of huge data on the load balancer and minimizes response time in a partition.
