Abstract
Presently, online shopping is the custom across the globe and consumers choose online for their shopping as it has a lot of benefits. More number of consumers in India is highly interesting on online shopping because it gives new experiences to them. Website quality, convenient, protection and time saving are factors that influence online shopping behaviour among consumers. Significant difference prevails in factors influencing online shopping behaviour among profile of consumers. Convenient, protection, website quality and time saving are having positive and significant impact on buying decision of consumers. Since, convenient is the most important factor for online shopping of consumers, the websites of companies should ensure easy comparison of products, timely delivery of products and also anytime shopping. Additionally, websites of companies must protect personal information and transactions of consumers through effective protection measures.
