Abstract

Delivery of electric energy to consumer by optical channel from the powerful laser sources (LS) to photoelectronic transformers (PET) is the alternative directions of renewable resource save energetic. Fibreoptical lines (FOL) attach to a canal series the unique importance advantages, for example, a possibility of transmission great density of power than by a copper wire. In present publication first conducted modeling and practical realized contactless delivery electric energy by optical laser channel to the dynamic electromechanical transformer − electromotor (EM). It was determined the principles of synthesis the COMPLEX “LS-FOL-PET-EM” in which EM was transformed into the collector less multioptronical electromotor, in accordance with patent RU # 2563974. It was put into practice the optron consists of the continuous powerful semiconductor LS with FOL output radiation 809 nm and PET on the basis of AlGaAs/GaAs and GaInP/GaAs nanogeterostructions coordinated with LS according to the spectral sensitive range. COMPLEX can be used as noiseless electric-drive of dynamic objects water and air transport.
