Abstract
Today the inventory problems are the one of the main problem for the industry. Besides of all the fulfilment of service or function a products requirement, there should be control of flow of the service inventory for the production process. The successful and positive action for the service inventory could become a positive response for the supplier, distributer and to the entire production also. Sometime the massive volumes of the product or service order become the superfluous situation for flexible performance for an industry. So there should be availability of oriented forecasting of better management. Here in this paper the author has developed the decision making technique for better solution of such kind of problems so that there can be feasibility in assessment of service or management process.
