THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY IN PROVIDING RADIATION SAFETY IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article presents studies of the role and importance of ecological safety in providing ecological safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the content of legal documents related to the direction and some scientific- theoretical opinions. Providing ecological safety is one of the most important objects of ecological, right the same as the constitutional, administrative, citizenship, criminal right directions. Right to living of human, which indicated in 24-article of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and right to having comfortable environment of human are connected with each other. Saving human health is related to having comfortable environment and it is expedient to see it as the object which radiation risk can influence. If there is not comfortable environment, it is difficult to do the right of living of human. Right of living of human must not be destroyed because of dangerous radiation influence.
