A MEDIAÇÃO COMUNITÁRIA A PARTIR DO CONVÊNIO COM O TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DO RIO DE JANEIRO

This research is inserted in the proposal of Fluminense Laboratory of Procedural Studies - LAFEP to investigate mediation in a multidisciplinary perspective. The article deals with the implementation of community mediation in the city of Rio de Janeiro, based on an agreement signed between the Court of Justice, the City Hall and the Metropolitan Archdiocese. The work aims to contribute to the presentation of the theoretical and practical perspectives of the procedure as well as signals some challenges that still need to be overcome.
