Abstract
At the initial analysis of the results of assessment and provision with clinical and biochemical studies, problem areas were identified in terms of process planning, process management, process development forecasting, input and output errors, lack of uniform requirements for internal medical and registration documentation, inconsistency of documentation forms and the order of their filling regulatory requirements. An important factor that hampers the development of laboratory assistance is the lack of a systematic approach at the national level to the formation of a quality assurance system. In particular, there is practically no normative documentation and a system for administering the process of standardizing laboratory services.
