The legal order has constituted itself as a system of legal standards, which makes us infer that these standards are not singly arranged, but relating to each other, forging a system provided with the attributes of unity, coherence and completeness. Due to the coherence that must characterize the legal order, the existence of two rules in antinomy "cannot guarantee the certainty, understood as the possibility that the citizen has to predict with exactitude the legal consequences of his own behavior, nor even the justice, understood as the equal treatment for people of the same category" (BOBBIO). Therefore, the current article discourses about the problem brought by the antinomies and their respective solving criteria
