Abstract
The Terrain characteristics has been dramatically changing in Asian countries in the last few decades due to the population pressure. Lack of technology adaptability, tardy communication / resources preparedness and poor or no budgetary allocation, developing countries suffer more or less chronically by resources management. The planning in turn is to be based on terrain analysis, soil-structure interaction mapping and vulnerability assessment. The scientific management of lands through integrated systems approach is the only way to manage the resources. The geospatial technology analysis plays a crucial role in the evaluation of various terrain characteristics and identifying the require plan for land resources management. Keeping this trend and importance the prime objective of this study is proper develop the effective resources management to preparing the terrain characteristic information maps such as slope, Hydrological, Geomorphology, Structural maps has been prepared using Satellite Remote sensing images data. based on the spatial maps data techniques has been discussed for effective land management.
