Abstract
DETERMINATION: The foregoing clause of insurance industry may introduce the new innovations among the insurers. The Indian online insurance market is characterized by numerous opportunities for the aggregation websites and Insurance companies to capitalize and grow. The purpose of this research study is to study the factors influencing the trusting by using online insurance services and to know the TAM model. STRATEGY/METHODOLOGY/STYLE: The study is based on questionnaire survey of 150 respondents in Vellore district. The statistical tools used for this study is t-test. FINDINGS: The research study contributes by developing the model for understanding the factors which affect customers' attitudes and intentions towards online interactions in the insurance industry. Digitalization to lead growth, challenges for Indian insurance, says IRDA chief (TS VIJAYAN). By highlighting Technologyservice-trust related factors, it would probably be possible to explain factors that affect trust. RESEARCH LIMITATION: This research paper is conceptual and also need to be tested empirically. CREATIVITY/ASSESSMENT: The findings of this research study is to study the factors influencing the trusting by using online insurance services and how the Technology Acceptance Model used in this paper and to identify the customers intention to use online insurance services.
