Abstract
Production Stress occurs due to the insoluble accumulated particles of life situations that the individual in facing today. In many cases stress unavoidable and many cases it is highly solvable. Stress might improve once behavior or it might worse their behavior. It is likely to release the intensity of positive or negative capability of the individual. Many personal stress factors are inevitable by nature but it can be evitable by nurture. This study is based on the personal variables of stress on employees.
