It requires a completely new approach for designing products as well as manufacturing systems that support to achieve high productivity. With IoT, IP networks and analytics, manufacturers can become more efficient in operation, improve safety environment and offer new business models. This article aims to construct IoT frame work for manufacturing industries by integrating ERP applications with operation devices to reduce the material wastage, production cost and improve quality, efficiency and margin.
