The problem of accounting fraud in the financial industrial groups

The article deals with the problem of accounting fraud in the financial industrial groups, which take place on the territory of the former Soviet Union and abroad; reveals the ways of illicit enrichment and misappropriation of assets through privatization, merging of financial and industrial capital and tax optimization. The paper substantiates the necessity of developing measures to strengthen the public financial control, to harmonize thedevelopment of business and improve social justice.
