On resolving the inconsistencies of the legislation on the citizens’ pension security of the Donetsk People’s Republic

The paper investigates the relationship between the legislative enactments of the higher vocational education system and the statutory pension insurance in Ukraine. The inconsistency of the legislation in the Donetsk People's Republic in the sphere of pension system (including, payments of the survivor's benefit) has been revealed, which is caused by applying Ukrainian legislation and developing own statutory regulations. The options for adjusting these inconsistencies have been suggested.
