Abstract
Stability of landfill waste mass slope is very complex topic to study as compare to conventional soil slope. Various past research and theories have been reviewed for present study to understand the various aspects of stability issues of landfill waste slope. There are many factors which affect stability of slope such as heterogeneity of landfill waste, leachate recirculation in waste mass etc. Present study also reviewed different methods of slope stability analysis, which were used in past studies of stability analysis of landfill waste slopes.
