ŞEMSÜ’L-EİMME SERAHSÎ’NİN USÛLÜNDE BEYAN ANLAYIŞI

Shams al-Aimme as-Sarakhsi's Understanding of Decleration in Usûl al Fıqh Concept of decleration (beyan) until ar-Risale of Şafii in front of the islamic law mothodologists. Especially when explanation of succinct / closed (mücmel), concept of decleration at first come forward. Concept of decleration not only come from with the succinct, it is aalso interested in the generel words delimitation (tah-sis) and words of allusion and other closed form of words. In this article we tried to detect concept of decleratin meaning in the Serahsî who a biggest schoolar of the Hanfi sects'. We use induction methods in this article and we try to choose Serahsî's understanding about decleration and the other we try to Show his understanding of about decleration.
