CREATION OF LEGISLATIVE-LEGAL BASE OF THE FOREIGN CAPITAL ACTIVITY IN RUSSIA (END OF XIX – BEGINNING OF XX CENTURY)

The basic directions of creation of legislatively-legal base of activity of the foreign capital in Russia are considered in given article. The basic attention in article is given to the period of the end XIX – beginning of the XX century. In the article it is emphasized, that the legislation on activity of the foreign capital laconically entered in the general legal sphere of business of Russia. Legislative regulation of foreign entrepreneurship in Russia differed consecutive protection of the state interests
