Decision Making Process in Technology Evaluation

One of the main duties of managers in production units and all the activities and actions that are being done by humans are the result of decision making process. So where the main decisions are made, the determiners work warily. Therefore, by applying technology evaluation, a good decision and an appropriate future can be made. This research determines the decision making process in technology evaluation to define a good way in evaluation of different technologies in production units and to help the managers in choosing the best technology. The main question is that how is this process? Codification of this process enhances the flexibility, accuracy, and speed of decision making dramatically. Findings show that decision making process for technology evaluation is a systematic and logical method that is steady on the basis of principles and techniques that helps managers to choose better and more suitable technologies.
