PRACTICAL VECTORS OF LEGAL EDUCATION AS THE BASIS FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS

In the article considered modern understanding of legal education and its theoretical bases, namely, – investigated legal education as a component of the general process of socialization of the person which is carried out in the forms of education and upbringing. Have been analyzed the leading Ukrainian normative legal acts in the field of legal education and upbringing. Have been put certain recommendations about forward concerning practical vectors for the development of legal education in Ukraine. It is noted that the ability to design norms for each specific situation, the ability to think through the prism of the legal norm is a unique ability that arises during law enforcement and is based on a special type of thinking – legalreasonable.
