QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ALLTROMBOSEPIN INJECTION

The results of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the injection dosage form of Alltrombosepin obtained on the basis of local medicinal raw materials are presented. The qualitative and quantitative method for the analysis of bioactive substances, sulfur-containing organic compounds, were carried out by spectrophotometric analysis. The amount of the auxiliary substance – benzyl alcohol – in the injection solution was determined by the method of high-performance liquid chromatography, and the amount of sodium chloride was determined by the chemical method.
